Add a pull request template to be used while making any contribution.

Create a readme file that explains how to install git properly.
A few things to add to this tutorial:

The file debug.log seems to be invalid and of no use.

When a new issue is raised, feature and ideas templates don't appear as present issue templates to be used.

In the contributors list, a users profile was added twice, request to remove one.
