While checking to see if epoch models were supported by BEAST2 I see on the features page that they are not.

the relevant line of code in this repository seems to be the following

Based on this blog post

it looks like epoch models are now supported with BEASTLabs.

Could you please update the features table, or if I have misunderstood, could a clarifying comment please be included explaining the current entry?

1. I had “ERROR `/favicon.ico' not found” error message in my Jekyll console. I could not find “favicon.ico” anywhere in the folders, and also seemed nothing happened in the webpages. But I think you’d better to have further investigation.

2. I may be wrong, but it seems https://galaxy.pasteur.fr/forms::tipdate not available now.

In the http://127.0.0.1:4000//BEAUti/index.html, BEAST link http://127.0.0.1:4000///BEAST/index.html looked wired to me, which was BEAST 1 vs. BEAST 2 benchmark rather than a software introduction. In addition, link http://127.0.0.1:4000/BEAST/ that appeared several different places was the same problem.
   It is now changed into {{site.baseurl}}/, which seemed to solve the problem, but really should have a separate page.

5. In http://www.beast2.org/treeannotator/, http://code.google.com/p/beast-mcmc/wiki/NexusMetacommentFormat should be updated.

I find these pages very useful for editing the XML.
Is there a way to update them to the latest version?

Are these automatically generated?
And if so, how is this done?
I'm interested in generating similar pages for the packages.

The new EU law that comes into effect at the end of next month will mean that unless we block all EU users, sending IPs to google via analytics will cause us to be breaking EU law. We can fix this pretty easily as GA supports anonymizing IP addresses prior to uploading, but it requires modification of our existing GA js snippets.

Goal statistics in Google Analytics stopped at switch over to Jekyll, so somehow links do not get properly tracked.
https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1136920?hl=en talks about tracking "events" instead of "goals", though is easy to implement.
Events can be found in analytics under Behviour/Events.

I think it is ready to release the new features table http://www.beast2.org/features/.

Post link cannot have slash in the end, otherwise it will not redirect to the correct html page.

The issue is on this page: https://www.beast2.org/2021/04/12/constraining-trees.html
In section "Adding a monophyletic constraints with rogues", the second line that reads </taxonset> should be </rogues>, otherwise BEAST complains about mismatched elements.
