• Setting up the Mac environment was quite a journey. I had to download the latest RC of the Mac SDK + CLI (https://github.com/dotnet/cli/tree/rel/1.0.0-preview4#installers-and-binaries). In the future, this might be good to have 2 flavours of this: 1 stable working across the board with the most widely used version of .NET and Visual Studio, and another with the cutting edge version?

• I would remove all the default pre-existing boilerplate from the ASP.NET core sample web site (home, bootstrap css crap, js etc.), and only use what's currently the /contentful route in /. That'd help getting right in the fight and avoid any sorts of distractions.

• That'd be great to catch the error if you didn't setup the space ID and CDA token correctly and show a simple message saying: "You should open you appsettings.json to update your space ID and Content Delivery API token to get started" or so. Again a good pointer for people who don't like to read much README.

• We could leave bootstrap styles out of the boilerplate to let people choose whatever they want eventually rather than forcing them to remove it if they don't want to use it. Ideally the concept of the boilerplate should be to keep everything that was proposed in it and only add stuff

• I couldn't do dotnet run from the project locally with the following dotnet --version: 1.0.0-rc4-004681

• I would also make sure the name is not just "boilerplate.net" but mentioning Contentful? Like contentful.boilerplate.net?
