Update Italian translation

I think I've seen Argesilao on GitHub recently as @Argesilao2; maybe he can return to this campaign briefly to update its Italian translation?

Mismatched ellipses

Some units have the hero ellipse, and yet can die, and vice versa

Use Glauco's correct rank

There are places in the text where Glauco is unconditionally referred to as a "sergeant" even when he might have advanced past being one by that point

Write character bios

This would help translators

S1: give player choice and not force progression

Current Behavior:

Scenario progresses as soon as 1 leader is defeated.

Expectation:

Option Message Prompt displayed which allows progression or kill the other leader (which will progress to the next scenario without prompt).

S03, "The Naga's Nest": Find a way to keep the ogres from killing the nagas before you do

I'm open to suggestions as to how to achieve this. Modifying the ogres' AI to be less aggressive, or to avoid certain tiles/terrains? Making use of the (deprecated) AI controller? Adding events to give the nagas reinforcements when the ogres attack them? @knyghtmare WDYT?

AI for BfW 1.16 acts weirdly sometimes

More prose revisions

A lot of the dialogue still has a non-native feel to it; I might want to do another copyediting/rewriting pass...

Variables should be cleared after use

Originally reported by @knyghtmare on Discord. If you use the inspect command at all, all the stale variables will slow down the inspector. There are kind of a lot, so I'm just going to open this issue to track them now instead of trying to fix them all at once.
