• Administer and develop training requirements to improve processes, team skills and workplace safety, contributing to improve performance, employee promotion and retention.
  • Advise, train, and coach personnel as subject matter expert (SME) within activity on technical issues associated with optical systems, and aviation and ground-based instrumentation, as applicable.

• Developed and continuously update a digital database for data collection and the editing process STILLS to automate the process of tracking data collection from capture through delivery to customers.

    • Through research on multiple vendors, found an up-to-date instrument that will provide all necessary data required to capture while having an instrument that is serviceable and modern.
    • Focus on reducing overall costs due to parts availability and improving consistency between one employee and another because all personnel will be operating within the same scope of work.
• Quantify and acquire data from complex, interrelated phenomena, and functions, utilizing new procedures, applying new techniques and methods for specific specialized functions as needed.
• Conduct studies and analyses in evaluation of proposed new or replacement equipment and systems. Review and coordinate approval of technical data submitted by contractors and other organizations within YTC based upon conformance with test support operations and test plans.
