Documentation should mention that Python 3 and PIP need to be installed

Validation code excised, needs rewriting

Interviewees cannot be assigned multiple interviews

This seems to have been a limitation imposed by using sqlite3, which does not have a list datatype. There are a few ways we can solve this, including moving to a different DBMS or serializing lists as strings.

Write Client skeleton

Interview format is inflexible

The interviews currently only allow for questions with predefined answers, which is pretty useless in a legal setting. We should at least allow for freeform answers.

Connections should be made with TLS instead of custom encryption implementation

This will require the server to either be provided with a certificate from a CA or generate one on the fly.

Passwords are stored in SQL DB in plaintext

We should look to store passwords as salted hashes generated by scrypt or similar.

User account role defaults to sysadmin (full privileges)

User interface needs updating

Currently the UI is just text sent by the server to the client. We should definitely have a GUI of some sort since the users are not likely to be command line users.
