Need to establish some type of filter so when users type in a wrong state, they are provided some type of hint that their state name was invalid

maybe: use drop down on state abbreviation instead

We will need to link both of these buttons and so that they upload the proper state info

Are we still wanting to set default location of some sort? Or maybe just have a history panel that shows their previous states?

Return to National Info (Could use website logo)
-Evaporate state data
-Remove evaporate national data row

Are we still doing a default location the second time a user visits the page? If so, we should probably establish a link to the search bar again somewhere on the page, in case they want to search for a different state in the future

The national data should disappear and state div should show when search button is clicked

add event listeners to both of the buttons, add evaporate class to national in javascript and remove evaporate class from state row
