Avoid homoglyphs when generating new URLs

The hash function that generates file names currently uses easily confused characters, like O, 0, I, and l. When viewing the URL on put.nu or displaying the link to another app that uses a sans-serif font, it is difficult or impossible to visually determine the URL without trying multiple options.

Capital I (/eye/) or lowercase l (/elle/)?

Zero or capital O (/oh/)

I tried running the code locally to see where I could change the hash function. It looks like the latest version of the code here on GitHub does not hash filenames. Instead, the app uses whatever filename the user uses locally. That is, if the user uploads mymovie.mp4 from their local machine, it will be available at {host}/files/mymovie.mp4.

Is there a different version of the code that is running in production, which does use hashing? If so, can I work off of that codebase in order to submit a PR removing homoglyphs from the hashed filenames?
