objective-dash's Issues

Scaffolding

Scaffolding technology not only for Angular but for Spring with Neo4j

Thoughts: We will want the ability to quickly/easily spin up new components/services/controllers/etc as needed and scaffolding allows us to quickly do that.

Stack discussion

Thoughts: I would prefer to go with Angular X (Latest version) for front end.
I'm fine with any suggestions on backend as it won't need to be heavy. Java, NodeJS, .NET, others?
I would prefer to go with Neo4j as it's a great tool. But am open for simpler more frequently used like SQL.
Style sheets: SCSS, CSS?
Style Guide - does Cayuse have one we can use that possibly includes style sheets we can cut corners on? :)

MBO Dashboard Routing

Work out the Routing libraries to use for React/Material UI and configure the Authentication with those. Stubbing out the Home/Signup pages for later work.

Diagram of Nodes in Neo4j DB

We need to decide on the proper node structure to support our required queries/usage.

Thoughts: Thinking about each of the ~10 Epics in the backlog I will throw together a Draw.io diagram to use and add it to the Git Repository under the docs directory

README Init

README file to be updated with all the steps for Install/Setup and/or links to where those can be found.

Thoughts: It should be easy for new developers to follow the steps to setup and start developing against this application.

Tools

Tool discussion for the development of this application.

Final:
GRANDstack
React Router
Material UI

Login for MBO Dash

As a user of the MBO Dash I need the ability to login using (still to determine method of login); so I know the data being gathered is secure.

Thoughts: we might be able to use the LDAP authentication for Cayuse but that would require the app be hosted on the Cayuse servers (I believe). Other thoughts?

GraphQL Schema

Create the GraphQL schema based on the current planned Epic's for MBO only

3.d: Signup to MBO Dash

As a user of the MBO Dash I need the ability to request access; so I can use the tool.

Thoughts: some sort of signup page on the initial page of the app.
