Baud rate selection doesn't do anything

Add a way to bridge outputs together for increased current limit

Add a way to configure bridged outputs, ensuring two outputs are treated as a single unit.

Possibly implemented as a sort of virtual output type?

Make sure outputs can only be bridged with others of the same current rating.

Reset time and inrush time scale

Reset time and inrush time are currently divided by 10 but communicated using 8 bytes.
That means the max time is only 2.5 seconds.

Divide by 100 to enable up to 25 seconds, fidelity is not required here.

Also, change displayed units to seconds instead of milliseconds

Reading config file has partially stopped working

Writing seems to be okay.
Example: CANInput Name writes to file during a Save, but never gets set on Open

The plots get too busy when all of the values are shown, especially the state plot.

When opening the application, many of the settings tables are smaller than their contents resulting in nested scroll bars.

I propose that the tables be resized to fit their contents and the main scroll bar be the only one.
