Add analytics for historical price docs

Make geo page live update

Down node visualizer delays in showing 'down'

Instead it shows the node as 'failed over' for a second or so before switching.

Add eventing to create historical stock docs

Immediately update % change on stock exchange page

When we change pages/filters in the datatable, buttons go in/out of the DOM, this means that they may not live update. We should auto-trigger a live price update whenever there is a change in what's displayed in the table so it looks less janky.

Ensure 'no matches' correctly displays nothing.

Live investors seems to have a problem with old orders coming up on right hand side

Looks out of place vs the new 'investors' page. Should be easy to follow the same model.

Create indexes for each operational query

Make the default visibility of items more sensible on visualizer

Right now it shows 5 nodes when we have no data from the websocket. To look cleaner we should default to 3 data nodes, 1 query, to match what we expect to be in the cluster at that point.

Under normal app load, there's too many interactions, this means we can't show it 'explode'.

Tune the multiplier down so that under normal load there's not too much going on.

As seen on Friday, for some reason the SDK can segfault when using views asynchronously with include_docs.

Let's just remove views and replace it with equivalent n1ql.

We should always show the same first 20 stocks (in different orders), so that generally people choose a similar set. This makes our query analysis more interesting.
