I'm Phillip Schackier. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science from the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. I'm a software developer with over 10 years of experience predominantly programming in C and C++. I'm enthusiastic about modern C++ and love to share my knowledge.

Fix AppVeyor CI

Apparently cl.exe isn't on AppVeyor's %PATH%.
Figure out how to make it be able to find the cl.exe file that ships with Microsoft Visual Studio 2019.

Create README.md

Add text to the README.md file to explain how to build on GNU/Linux and Microsoft Windows.
Add text to explain how to run the compiler, including the command line options.

Fix Travis CI

Have some way of filtering long running brainfuck executables generated and don't run those if we're running on CI, as CI servers don't like long running operations (especially those with no I/O) and will error out.
