My os is Ubuntu 16.04 and PHP 7
I used the latest version.
I should add domain in hosts file when parked my folder in valet otherwise it didn't work

I guess there's been an error installing dnsmasq.
Try to remove dnsmasq and then run valet install again, see if it fixes the error.
