题目：基于外部特征的个体鱼识别算法研究

技术指标：

能处理个体鱼图像数据，并分析个体鱼体表特征，形成个体特征集用以区别出不同个体，并且求达到指标如下：

  1. 能够从摄像头或视频录像中获取得帧图像。
  2. 能够对帧图像去除无关的背景。
  3. 能够从图像中的个体鱼提取出个体鱼的单种外部特征。
  4. 能够将个体鱼的多种特征综合形成特征集。
  5. 能管理多个个体鱼的外部特征集数据。
  6. 能根据个体鱼特集数据库分辩个体鱼。

开发环境：

  • OS: ubuntu 12.04 LTS
  • OpenCV 2.4.2
