Bautrate change about copter-gcs

The baudrate is controlled by the bluetooth module/copter, not copter-gcs.

To change the baudrate, you'd need to send a special string (depending on the 
module) to the bluetooth device (only once), which could be done using your 
phone and the android app "BlueTerm"

Ah ok yes I know how to do this, I thinked only for this because of the problem 
befor.
