@justaskulkarni Hi! I agree that the navigation needs to be updated visually, but the current creativecommons.org site is actually not a good measure for the current Design System (Vocabulary). A better live site to visually be inspired by would be the Open Source website.
I'd suggest you review that site and the Design system and refine your Issue to match that direction with more details.
