twitchAPI, in v3, went async.

Existing code is not async. Need to rewrite. Need decorator to make click cli run in async mode.

Current code:

The first three should come from a configuration file.

The current baresip configuration defaults to using ALSA, and this means the baresip subprocess plays the outbound ringing sound over the local speakers.

In my testing I had a custom baresip configuration. Needs to be reproduced, and copied to the config directory in the bot setup process.

Hacky changes were needed in baresipy.

• Changing login to not register
• Possibly using /play instead of changing the audio source
• Not using 48kHz when using G711

Upstream library doesn't seem to get much development, so fork for now and offer back.

Multi-line devices will listen on different ports. The code currently assumes everything is 5060.
