A cleaner way to organize your aliases.

Create directory ~/.bash_aliases.d and put all your aliases there;
The convention is to use files with the .profile extention.

Add the following lines to your .bash_rc:

#Add all my custom aliases
if [ -d ~/.bash_aliases.d ]; then
    for filename in ~/.bash_aliases.d/*.profile; do
        . "$filename";
    done
fi

Changes will apply when you restart bash or open a new terminal window.
