documentation is pathetic

I don't know what "use brownie to deploy" means.

other than looking at the code, how does this interact with our project?
what does it do?
what is it for?

add players before the start

observed behavior

As an owner, I cannot add an address to the allowList (former whitelist) before the quiz is opened.

desired behavior

As an owner, I want to add new players before the quiz starts.
motivation: Starting the quiz should be the last thing in the preparation. Admitted players shall not be rejected at any time.

As an owner, I want to add new players during the game as well. Use-Case new employee joins the company.
