Arabic translation is available via the ar-ME locale, so if you want arabic subtitles use --subtitle ar-ME and for audio --audio --ar-ME. If the language is not available even if you're doing this, the anime is probably not available in this language.
For other files than .ts you can use the --output flag, in your case --output "{series_name} S{season_number}E{episode_number}.mkv". Note that you need ffmpeg installed to convert the video in any other format than .ts.
So an example command you may want to use is crunchyroll-go download --output "{series_name} S{season_number}E{episode_number}.mkv" https://www.crunchyroll.com/a-centaurs-life

Translation in other languages would be too much work and bloat up the project
