Describe the feature

SeaweedFS requires a few different ports for each of its internal components, ex. ports 8333, 8888, and 8080 are bound by default. We should add environment variables processed by our entrypoint script to make it easy to configure these port numbers.

          Seems like they release weekly. If we could add something in CI to find the latest release tag and build from that, that would be probably be safer. That can be an RFE though.

Describe the feature

Cryostat3 attempts to connect to the S3 instance and create the buckets it needs at startup, however, if Cryostat3 comes up before its S3 instance is available, then this logic fails. A fairly simple workaround in the case where the S3 instance is a cryostat-storage instance from this repository is to add an environment variable with a list of bucket names which should be created on startup.

It would also be possible to add logic to Cryostat3 so that it attempts to create buckets whenever it hits an exception that the requested bucket does not exist, or to always check if buckets exist before trying to access them, but that's all extra overhead and complexity that is best not done.
