I have renamed the "NoobChain" class to "Coding4Life". That's all, but for some reason it highlights bouncy castle as an error. I attached a screenshot of the code. If anybody could assist me that would be great!

I see block 3 is missing the call to addBlock(). Was this intentional?

Typo on this method name. Can you re-factor "calulateHash()" to "calculateHash()"?

in some cases you may have the exception NoSuchProviderException BC, you'd better surround your code with try/catch statement and handle this exception by adding this portion of the code:
Security.addProvider(new org.bouncycastle.jce.provider.BouncyCastleProvider());

also please add in the readme file: the maven dependency for maven users:

            <groupId>org.bouncycastle</groupId>
            <artifactId>bcprov-jdk15on</artifactId>
            <version>1.47</version>
        </dependency>

In the Class StringUtil the source code get compile error.

It need add a import java.util.List in import libraries.
