I think this is a great project!

However would it be possible for you to provide some documentation? I'm not very familar with programming languages, let alone rust. I managed to get the project built and it runs fine, but I'm not quite sure how to open splits, configure buttons for splits, save splits, etc. It looks like it's possible to edit this in the .rs file, but parsing through the code it looks like it's possible to open up a splits file, I'm just unaware of the syntax.
