Is it possible to create an "action button" for the module "MomentumDischargeThruster" so we can assign this action to the action groups? It would be much more practical to be able to discharge the reaction wheels momentum using a simple keystroke.

Also, it would be good idea to add a quick explanation about how to use this module (the "MomentumDischargeThruster") because I really had no idea about how to use it for a while because the GUI doesn't have any Label to tell us what these buttons are doing. It's not really intuitive.

@Crzyrndm as i posted in the b9 wings fork, can we get a release for 1.3.1 so I can update RO/RSS to 1.3.1 as these are dependencies and aren't being indexed on ckan as 1.3.1 ready.

As a difficulty option, instead of naturally recovering CMG torque over time (or in addition to, if you want to "account" for effects like solar pressure, and gravity gradient torque stabilization), present the option to specify a resource to drain to dump CMG / RW momentum and regain torque. When that resource is depleted, the reaction wheels will either never regain torque, or regain extremely slowly.

SaturatableRW.version indicates the most recent release 1.10.3 is compatible with 1.0.0 and not 1.1.0. This is leading CKAN to report the same.

I can put an override into the CKAN metadata for this version if it is indeed 1.1.0 compatible.
