The user should be able to access the history of a record in several ways

1. While viewing a record, see the previous values for a field as well as when it was changed and by whom.
2. While viewing a record, see a table of previous versions of the record with columns for Date Changed, Who Changed, and a list of changed fields.
3. Clicking on an entry in the table should load the record in an update form with the values of all fields reverted to the selected version

1. Change the new template to have three blank forms.

2. When a user selects a record to update, the system will search for additional records for that client for subsequent years and load the next 2 years into additional forms.

3. For each field, add a link to copy the value to all fields to the right

Add a Search interface allowing the user to find all records for a given client, date range, or both

1. When a user updates an existing record, they need to be able to easily identify changed fields. Modify the update form to highlight changed records.

2. Add a confirmation dialogue when saving updates.

The user wants to be able to expand/collapse groups of related fields to make navigation of the data entry screen easier. To allow for future system growth, the field groups should be easily user configurable.
