Currently, our coverage is about 70% -- should be higher, so we need more logical tests. Other than getters and setters or the creation of objects.

After the changes made in the Province class, we no longer have a getPopulation() function, it has now been changed to the getTotoalPopulation() function. So the test case has to be updated

If anyone has any suggestions for renaming the files, comment on the issue.

Needs work even though the spacing is now fine and much better. Need to come up with some symbols to distinguish things and whatnot.

Everything is almost fully documented. Since howard and carson have the best insight for these two classes, they need to document them clearly.
