rapid-tools's Issues

Does not install with Visual Studio 2008 installed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Only install Visual Studio 2008
2. Attempt to run the MSI

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect it to actually install. Instead I get a pop-up telling me
that Visual Studio is not installed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Happens with both build rapid-tools-0.5.0.10064 and rapid-tools-
0.5.0.10097.

Please provide any additional information below.

3. Visual Studio 2005, click file -> new -> project -> visual c# ->

-url paramter needs to be added to help output

Hi Clint, it's Ethan. I've been meaning to post this for a while and saw
it again today so here it is:

The help output from stsadm -help rapidtools-enableexceptiondisplay is:
stsadm -o rapidtools-enableexceptiondisplay
        [-printstack]
        [-endresponse]

but should include the -url paramter to read:
stsadm -o rapidtools-enableexceptiondisplay
        -url <virtual server url>
        [-printstack]
        [-endresponse]

I tested this with version: 2.0.0.2038 of RapidTools.

Thanks,
Ethan

SPDeploy does not cater for ClassResource files

A solution I am working on uses ClassResources heavily and I cannot see
anyway to include these in my project and get them deployed to the
wpresources directory (at same level as 12 hive)
