Carpet doesn't disappear when disconnecting

The carpet currently doesn't disappear when disconnecting from a server. When logging back into the server, the glass blocks from the carpet stay on whatever position you were on when disconnecting. You have to manually break them to get rid of them.

This error message shows up in console:

Carpet only works in default world

The carpet only appears in the default world. In other worlds, the player freezes when falling down.
