Bedrock v4 Support

The Bedrock plugin integration for dimension and cube cloning should support the new Bedrock v4.

Errors trying to replace/delete subsets in subset-view plugin

Trying to replace a subset returns an error:

Trying to delete them also returns an error:

Scrolling in REST-API plugin isn't working until opening a new tab and returning back

When it opens, scrolling isn't available:

But then, if you open a new tab and go back to the rest-api plugin, it shows up:

LOGGERS plugin does not take into account loggers configuration for the output file

After changing logoutput level of Mdx.Interface through the plugin information about S_MDX is lost:

New plugins - Copy cube/dimension name to clipboard

Hi.
I just made it to create my first own plugin and want to share it with the community.
They copy the name of the selected object (cube, dimension, process and chore) to the clipboard which is, I think, very helpfull in some cases.
