AromaBackup备份至腾讯COS中

用于AromaBackup 1.7.10版本备份，目前只支持AromaBackup MOD默认配置(没有修改过备份文件夹)
使用定时任务执行它，最终它会把最新的备份上传至腾讯云COS
然后接着它会在腾讯云COS删除过期的备份文件，以防止大小超过资源包的配额。
下载bin目录下的二进制文件和项目目录下的config.example.toml配置文件，并修改为config.toml，在其中填写COS的信息，把这俩文件放到MC的实例目录即可，最后使用定时任务执行它。
可能是因为我不会JAVA吧
(因为Froge 1.7.10的MDK我没有成功跑起来，在没有接触过JAVA的情况下让我启动一个古老的项目有点故意为难我...)
