Create sample application

Cool and kinda useful app would make a good addition to the overall project.

Various use cases can be covered including server and client side rendering.

Package manager

Implement package manager so NodeJS libraries can be automaticly resolve when build is run. This maybe accomplished by executing mvn pre-compile `npm install'
