data-screening.ipynb not found

After following instructions to clone the repo, and try rendering the first index.qmd I get the following error:

ERROR: NotFound: No such file or directory (os error 2): readfile '/home/micha/Downloads/Tutorials/manuscript-template/notebooks/data-screening.ipynb'
Path: /home/micha/Downloads/Tutorials/manuscript-template/notebooks/data-screening.ipynb

I'm using codium on Linux. Indeed there are no *.ipynb notebooks in the notebooks subdir.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Unsupported project type manuscript

Solution: Change the title of the project in _quarto.yml
