Basic Description:

• This guidebook is aimed at providing basic documentation help to beginners who have just begun working on Python and Machine Learning. This readme and related Notebooks will be created to meet the needs of absolute beginners and will aim at making them understand concepts and code of the domain.
• Participants are requested to submit their notebooks and the description of the same in Readme (name of file: topic_withcode/topic_withoutcode).
• Machine Learning guide book is being prepared by members of MYCIN and open source collaborators.

Keep the code/files clean and well formatted to make it easy for contributers to contribute to your project.

Participants are expected to follow these three steps before working on any specific topic:

1. Create an issue providing topic in the title.
2. Drop a comment asking for its assigned to you.
3. As soon the issue is assigned to you, Add you Topic in the list in Readme and start working on the same.

Add a PR once your task is done, the code and content submitted will be reviewed. In case of quality content, the PR will be merged.
