When all failing tests have succeeded, the entire test suite is rerun. The "blip" test should be run twice in total -- that's fine, we want to catch the odd interdependency between tests.

This one below:

TODO on main branch after current PRs are merged, probably.

Another corner case, recreatable, e.g., with a package that has only one test-*.R file.

• Do not commit it to your default branch.
• Ideally, do not commit it at all, if you can fix tests before a commit? But in a non default branch should be fine.

Similar: keep .lazytest when the process is interrupted.
