Unable to compile

Hi,

trying to compile this library, I got this:

./configure: line 8646: syntax error near unexpected token `ICAL,'
./configure: line 8646: `PKG_CHECK_MODULES(ICAL, libical)'

libical is installed in version 3.0.7 with its headers

Fix zoneinfo install path for packagers

Hi,

to help Linux distribution packagers, you should change this:

don't store timezone data in repo?

This currently stores a copy of the IANA data in the repo, which might be out of date by now

It would probably be more useful/need less handholding if it had a make rule that would fetch and extract the data direct from IANA, rather than expecting it to be kept up to date in the repo
