Generically port-forward any ports

Instead of just port-forwarding mysql remote port to localhost, make it more generic with comma separated lists:

PORT_FORWARD=remote-host1:remote-port1:local-port1,remote-host2:remote-port2:local-port2

Git version update

Hello,

As centos 7 come with git 1.8 are you open to update with simple compile from source to 2.14.3 ? It just seems too far behind and lacks a lot of features. I have already implemented it but I'm not sure do you want to keep it in this way for particular reason?

request getting later versions of php-fpm-5.6.31 ? like php-5.6.35-fpm ?

currently at our production we are using php 5.6.33 on bare metal (centos7), was planning on using docker-devilbox way, just wondering whether is it possible to get latest patch of php 5.6? perhaps like php-5.6.35-fpm?
