Use a MessageQueue to avoid running into Telegram's spam protection

Especially limit the number of decimal places to prevent the following:

Total: 65.0
Average: 9.285714285714286
Percentage: 92.85714285714286%

Test outputs can be more than 4096 characters long, but Telegram messages aren't allowed to be longer. Therefore we need to split longer outputs over several messages. The markdown (esp. ```) needs to be split / inserted, too

One chatid can subscribe to the same group more than once. That means they will receive every message twice (or more times)

This can be solved by using sets instead of lists for each group in the subscribers dict.
