Currently the Blur Effect use simple Box-Blur. All other Effects are dependent on that one, so quite important to fix. It creates weird behavior in certain effects like InnerGlow.

Add new effect for radial gradient

All those effects can use very effective streaming. We could split in as many threads as std::thread::hardware_concurency count.
Using std::async.

Needs to be profiled. On certain platforms like WindowsRT, it end up slower because the cost of creating a thread is too great. Could think of a Pooling strategy.

Blending currently lead to branching on every pixel operation. This could be boosted in performance if Templated blending types are used.
