Sensor entities get presented with full precision (10+ decimals) which makes no sense.
Add setting of property 'native_precision' to some reasonable value, likely 1 for all measures.

Currently entities are only created at initialization. Could be that a HA restart runs the code needed to create the new entities.

Got an OR measurement on Cyanic Acid and was read by integration as 100 000 000 000 PPM.

Edit: Fixed, can be closed.

After updating HomeAssistant to version 2024.1.3 (12.01.2004), the integration cannot retrieve data - entities no longer available.
