What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile Hyper-V library DLL with XML documentation generation option

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

XML documentation should be generated, but instead compiler/IDE complains about 
documentation issues relating to HyperVSamples class (e.g. methods in that 
class not documented).

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Need to either document methods in and class HyperVSamples, or figure out how 
to get the compiler to ignore that class and only focus on HyperVMgmtLibrary 
class.

Current workaround: manually generate the XML documentation file rather than 
have the compiler make it. Not too bad as the library currently doesn't have a 
lot of methods to document.
