Add ability to publish stats to JMX
Add a new internal statistics publisher that records the results in JMX beans.
Each bean should include the basic statistics for named task and should use that as part of the name. The group ID for the beans should be configurable.
Add hook to allow recorders to clean up prior to shutdown
Need a framework to allow all recorders to minimal, necessary, clean up prior to shutdown.
