Sorry but this don't help me a lot, just saying it doesn't work without giving much detail is difficult for me...
Which APEX version do you use, which ORDS version?
I created a issue template just for that (if you click new issue), but you deleted everything in there and just gave very basic information, which don't help me a lot...
How does your PL/SQL code look like? Here's an example:
