passport package not found

I am unable to install passport package, When I try to install this I got this error.
Refusing to install package with name "passport"

ADFS SSO Integration issue

Might be intentional but it redirects to "singup"

Callback URLs in config aren't used for the route

In the config file there's place for the callback url. While in the routes file it's hard coded.

Is there a reason for this? shouldn't the routes file perhaps use the config value?
