A JupyterLab HDF5 MIME rendered extension integrated with h5serv.

Prerequisites

  • JupyterLab

Installation

jupyter labextension install jupyterlab-hdf5

Development

For a development install (requires npm version 4 or later), do the following in the repository directory:

npm install
jupyter labextension link .

To rebuild the package and the JupyterLab app:

npm run build
jupyter lab build

lerna run build --scope="@phosphor/example-datagrid"

Version Issues with jupyterlab

I am trying to use this package work for me, but the issue that one of my coworkers and I run into is that it does not run with the current version of jupyter lab, which for us is 3.0.14, what version of lab should we use to make the program work?
