kustomize build give error : "/var/lib/jenkins/kustomize/source/bin/kustomize build --enable_alpha_plugins 2021/07/09 14:53:50 Attempting plugin load from 'kustomize/plugin/kustomize.rohde-schwarz.com/v1alpha1/secretsfromvault/SecretsFromVault.so' Error: malformed secret data: %!q(<nil>)"

used go1.14 and compiled both the plugin code and kustomise/v3.8.1 , placed the generated .so file in the plugin folder
when I try to generate the secret manifests with : kustomize build --enable_alpha_plugins
(verified the secret exists in the vault and set the VAULT_ADDR and VAULT_TOKEN vault variable)
It gives an error :
"Attempting plugin load from 'kustomize/plugin/kustomize.rohde-schwarz.com/v1alpha1/secretsfromvault/SecretsFromVault.so' Error: malformed secret data: %!q()"
