Very cool project. Is it open source? There's no "LICENSE" file in the repo.

In cases where a room doesn't have a name and there are only two users, is it possible to detect this and set the room name in the client to "<User> - Chat" or something?
I would have tried it myself but the syntax for Elm makes my head spin.

I've never used Elm before and this looks really cool but I have no idea how to build it. I installed Elm and tried elm reactor and elm make src/Main.elm but index.html is always just a blank white page.
