Configuration file
Need to create a JSON configuration file format and read it from a file.
Byte ranges
Currently requests with Content-Range will be ignored (probably a bug, really) but it would be great to serve these direct from the cache.
Disk caching
Need to reinstate disk caching in addition to the in-memory caching.
Access logging
Access logs are currently written to stdout but it would be good to log this to a file.
Memory caching configuration
Need to add configuration parameters to the memory caching to limit the amount of overall memory being used.
Response size/length logged to access log is wrong
The byte length of the response logged to the access log is actually the length of the contents base64 encoded. This needs to match the actual content length served in the HTTP response.
Cache according to HTTP spec
Caching is really basic at the moment and we aren't always respecting cache headers as per HTTP specifications.
HTTPS/SSL support
HTTPS would be nice.
