dependency issue: flutter_web_plugins

My first attempt with flutter so this might not be a problem with the project but me doing something wrong.

When I do a pub get:

D:\flutter\bin\flutter.bat --no-color pub get
Resolving dependencies...
Because flutter_native_splash >=2.0.5 depends on flutter_web_plugins from sdk which doesn't exist (could not find package flutter_web_plugins in the Flutter SDK), flutter_native_splash >=2.0.5 is forbidden.
So, because flutterboilerplate depends on flutter_native_splash ^2.2.19, version solving failed.
Process finished with exit code 69
