Add a command-line program for reading OpenNURBS files and rendering them with OSPRay. For distributed rendering and rendering on different OSes.

A number of the "ChangeQueue::Apply*" functions work on lists of objects to convert data between Rhino and OSPRay. Could these functions be multi-threaded with TBB?

I am trying to build a new renderer engine based on the Osprey structure and I wanted to ask if it is possible to get the actual triangle mesh data (std::vector vertex) out of the World object. Any code example would be more than helpful!
