The branch cmd is made for dynamic module system testing

In Python 3 and 2.7+ the ordereddict data structure is available in collections module. However, in the code it is using the standalone package ordereddict which requires a dependency installation. I am not sure if we want to support older versions of Python, if so then I would suggest the following style of module loading:

try:
    from collections import OrderedDict
except ImportError:
    from ordereddict import OrderedDict

Otherwise we can simply discard the support for Python 2.6 or earlier and simply load as following:

from collections import OrderedDict
